    • If the perfume spray mechanism is faulty, you will be eligible for a return or replacement.

  • Mandatory Video Proof:

    • To initiate a return, you must record a video at the time of opening the package, showing the unboxing and the damage clearly.

    • This ensures that the damage occurred during shipping and not afterward.

  • How to Request a Return:
